Morpheus Data is rapidly expanding and is in need of customer success engineers to assist with growing customer demand. You will be installing Morpheus in customers' environments, training customers, and providing pre and post-sales customer support. This job requires the ability to wear many hats and flourish in an unstructured and high-demand startup environment.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a part-time startup position requiring a full range of media relations and growth activities including:
Pre and post sales customer support
Customer installations, upgrades, configuration, and training
Sales demonstrations and technical support
Assist with creating and updating product documentation
Technical support for marketing team
Additional responsibilities as required by management
Extensive Linux (Ubuntu, Centos and RHEL) and Windows experience
VMware, AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, Openstack, Nutanix, Google Cloud, Softlayer, Xen, Docker, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Active Directory, Github experience preferred
Ability to rapidly learn new software and then train, troubleshoot and produce documentation
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex network environments
Ability to work with small teams or one on one with customers, be self-sufficient and not reliant on large support teams
Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional hours to assist customers in all time zones
Full-time positions include competitive pay and excellent benefits. This employee will be working out of our Denver Tech Center office while assisting customers across the globe.
